Terms of Service
Last updated: May 12, 2026
1. Service overview
PDF Go Free provides free, client-side PDF utilities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, file processing occurs in your web browser on your device—not on our servers.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the service.
3. User responsibilities
- You must have the legal right to process every file you load into the tools.
- You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the site.
- You may not run automated scraping, credential stuffing, or other abusive traffic against the infrastructure that hosts the static files.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that:
- The site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- Outputs will meet every regulatory, legal, or archival requirement you face.
- Every browser, extension, or device combination will behave identically.
Always keep backups of important originals before compressing, merging, splitting, or rotating documents.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PDF Go Free and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the tools—even if we were advised such damages were possible.
6. Intellectual property
The site layout, branding, explanatory text, and supporting scripts are owned by the site operator or used under license. You retain all rights to the PDFs and images you process; we do not claim ownership over your content because we do not receive it.
7. Third-party services
The site may load third-party technologies, including but not limited to:
- Google AdSense for advertising
- Google Analytics for aggregated traffic insights (if enabled by the operator)
- Cloudflare (or similar CDNs) for performance and security
Those vendors maintain their own terms and privacy policies. Using PDF Go Free means you also accept the data practices of any third-party scripts that the deployment loads.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by revising the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
